Hi, I’m Kelley Tyrrell—orthodontic educator, digital workflow specialist, master digital treatment planner and founder of OrthoFans. With over 25 years of experience helping practices thrive through technology, systems, and clinical excellence.
My career has taken me from leading specialty orthodontic clinics to serving as Align Faculty Speaker, Molis Faculty, and Senior Clinical Education Specialist for uLab Canada and the Eastern U.S., where I taught biomechanics, digital treatment planning, and modern orthodontic workflows.
Along the way, I’ve helped practices achieve Top 1% Invisalign and Diamond+ status, contributed to AI treatment-planning protocols, and supported more than 400 doctors through orthodontic education and coaching programs.
Today, I help orthodontists and general practitioners simplify digital treatment planning, improve efficiency, and scale with confidence through smarter systems and predictable workflows.
