Hi, I’m Kelley Tyrrell—an orthodontic educator, digital workflow specialist, and master of digital treatment planning, as well as the founder of OrthoFans Inc. With over 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, I have helped practices thrive through technology, systems, and clinical excellence in orthodontics.
My career has evolved from leading specialty orthodontic clinics to serving as an Align Faculty Speaker, Molis Coaching Faculty, and Senior Clinical Education Specialist for uLab Canada and the Eastern U.S. There, I focused on biomechanics, digital treatment planning, and modern orthodontic workflows, including the development of ClinChecks. Most recently, I took on the role of Education Executive and Lead Digital Treatment Planner for Clearly Aligned, a global leader in orthodontic education.
Throughout my journey, I have supported practices in achieving Top 1% Invisalign and Diamond+ status, contributed to AI treatment-planning protocols, and guided over 400 doctors through comprehensive orthodontic consulting and education programs.
